I think I’ve built a great foundation, I know the things to do and not to do when training, and now I’ve got experience what it’s like to train the right way for a 5k. I’m happy with the progress I made. The last time I ran a 5, it was an unofficial non-chipped race but I ran 21:13 and it was 5 degrees out (perfect running weather).
