Anyone with a desire to run, whether casually or competitively, can join. We cater to all levels and offer various coaching options to help you achieve your training goals.
No, our services are available globally. We offer both in-person group runs and virtual training options to accommodate all runners, no matter where you are.
Absolutely. You can join at the Social Membership level for group runs or our coaches can help you transition to one of our training programs.
A coach will be assigned based on compatibility and availability. Feel free to specify any preferences you may have.
Social Membership is available month-to-month or with a one-year commitment (offering two free months). Cycle-based memberships require upfront payment for the cycle duration (10-18 weeks). Fully-coached training is month-to-month.
Month-to-month memberships and fully-coached memberships can be canceled at any time. One-year memberships cannot be canceled during the commitment period. Cycle-based memberships can be canceled before the cycle starts or deferred to the following cycle within the first two weeks.
Upon registration, you will receive an invitation to join our Final Surge team account where you can plan, track, and analyze your workouts.
